http://www.raresoulman.co.uk/index.php/auction/next-week Sonny Munro (tears) Can Only Make The Problems Wet C/w Open The Door To Your Heart A gathering of former Motown team-mates craft a Michigan Deep Soul masterpiece. Johnny Powers, James Dean, Robert White Paul Riser, J. Glover & Clarence Paul all contribute to this on-your-knees pleading ballad. A girl chorus soothes the intro, but as Sonny sings alone he delivers a shivering laceration of the heart! On the a-side, in true Detroit style Mr. Munro discharges a fine mid-70s version of the Darrell Banks classic. NOTE: The Deep Soul experience is only available as the incredibly RARE STOCK copy, another 70s flipside that offers a top-drawer soulful delight only as the release format.
