Dramatic footage shows the moment a couple are pulled from a burning building in Delhi. Police were called shortly after 6am after a fire had broken out in the building. On arrival, police saw a woman hanging from her windowsill on the second floor to escape the heat of the blaze. Using a ladder, they pull her up to safety. Her husband was rescued shortly afterwards.
