The prelude and sardana to the opera "Garin", composed by the Spaniard Tomás Bretón. Although his music is mostly forgotten today, he is a superb nineteenth century composer, and perhaps the best Spanish composer of that century. See the wikipedia page on Tomás Bretón for more details.
