Minnesota To OK Medical Marijuana

Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton says he will sign a compromise medical marijuana bill announced today by the House and Senate authors. Rep. Carly Melin and Sen. Scott Dibble admitted that the bill doesn't do all they want and is limited, but it is not opposed by law enforcement. Governor Mark Dayton had said he would not sign any medical marijuana bill that was opposed by law enforcement. The bill will go to the Senate first for a vote and then the House.
