My insurance carrier was having trouble finding a provider to do the tow/transport. They ended up calling the bike shop and a deal was struck. I hope it's permanent because I feel so much better having the bike shop handling the BLACKRIDER rather than a lunk-head tow truck driver who doesn't give a shit about cyclists. Like so often is the case....breakdowns always seem to happen in the sketchest of neighborhoods. I had to keep a Hawkeye on the BLACKRIDER at all times while charging my phone. Kevin did a spectacular job of installing the bottom bracket. He marvled at how I crushed and practically pulverise the bearings. Kevin is learning exactly how high mileage my riding actually is.
