The escape helicopter will take the loot you can carry, on any mission. Most people don't realize that. So with that in mind, for day 2 watchdogs you load 4 bags on boat and carry 4 bags onto chopper. You leave behind 1 bag but save a good amount of time. If you want 9 bags you can wait for a 2nd boat and carry the 1 bag onto the escape chopper.
