This week in Washington, the U.S. Senate voted by a margin of 58-to-40 to remove from a defense policy bill $1.75 billion to build more F-22 fighter planes. The vote came after an intense effort by the Obama administration to strip funding for the sophisticated fighter jet. VOA's Robert Raffaele has this story.
