This is just crazy...a bicycle parking lot with a parking attendant to collect money and tell you where you can park your bike.  XZibit would do well over here with Pimp My Bike.  Im in Mushashino, Tokyo and Im capturing a lot of content which I'll edit and post when I return to the USA.  I love Japan!
