Hi there, Eric Bakker, thanks for coming back. I have a question here from somebody called [h9comps]. An interesting picture, when I often look at the thumbnail to see what kind of portrayal, what kind of image that the person like to portray to the public and with h9comps, it was a picture of a person playing sport quite intensively. Looked like shot putter, or someone going like that. They might be they're throwing a mud pie at their neighbor or something like that or they're throwing one of those steel shot put balls.

Judging by the attire on the person, the clothing, people will see a yellow sports top, it didn't look like a guy throwing a mud pie, it looked like someone shot put. That tells me the person's going to be interested in sport, especially with the word comps. 

Hi, please reply. I've been commenting on your channel but you haven't replied. Well I'm sorry about that, I do get 9,000 questions a day, but I try my best. I've got a fungal dandruff on my scalp, would diet help reduce dandruff? Or just shampooing? I also have dandruff in my beard and my mustache and gaps are increasing in it. Sometimes my whole body itches. Is this eczema, candida or  or all of them? I also have a poor digestive function and brain fog. 

Please reply. I'm desperate, just tell me what is this disease?
Don't you love it when people are desperate. Why are you desperate? You don't have to be desperate. The thing is, my question to you is, what are you doing? You're a sports person, you've got comps in the name, you've got this like mud pie hand out here ready to throw something, so what are you eating, what are you drinking? Are you loading up on high protein powders, are you trying to bulk up? Are you drinking electrolyte drinks? What are you consuming every single day? What is your lifestyle like? How long do you train for? What hours do you keep? What type of job have you got?

You can see all these questions back at you. These things don't just develop in people overnight, they develop over a period of time, generally as a result of faulty lifestyle and faulty diet. Something's not right in this case, I can smell it. Something doesn't really appear to be right. This question fails a sniff test, as far as I'm concerned. I just feel there's something not quite kosher here. This person's got a big problem and they want to know how they can get rid of it, but not only that, this person's desperate to get rid of the problem.

They've got the problem here and there's desperation to move it on but they'll have contributing factors here which they haven't identified or are not really sure whether they are contributing factors or not. This is what the person wants fixed up, but usually this is what needs fixing up. Mr. Comps, or Mrs. Comps, or Ms. 

Comps, or whatever it is, what I'd like you to do is come back with a reply and explain to me your diet and lifestyle, what supplementation you're taking, what food you're eating and just a short, brief couple of paragraphs for me and then let's just dig a bit deeper into this and see if we can pull some useful information out of this.

You're talking about the poor digestive function and poor brain fog, so this could be bacterial, could be candida, but of course there'll be poor gut function in general, poor pancreas, poor bowel, who knows what we're going to find. I need to know what you're eating basically and what you're supplementing and what your lifestyle is like. Let me know. Thanks for the question, I appreciate it.
