1998 was when the British Frigate HMS Grafton was in this part of the world. Following the successful cooperation of the Royal Navy in Project Oceanwave, Oceanwave 2 has the endorsement of the Br Council and MOE. Cedar Girls Sec Sch and Tampines Pri Sch were selected to do projects concerning HMS Grafton's role in the Navy. This video gives a glimpse of the exciting times the pupils and crew of the Frigate experienced in carrying out the cooperative projects via internet.
