This is one of the pools at Raffles Phnom Penh, this used to be the Hotel Royale in the 70's, and it was where the journalists sheltered from the Khmer Rouge when they marched into the capital in 1975. It was declared a neutral zone by the Red Cross. From here they moved to the French embassy before being trucked to Thailand.
