Well, finally I get off my butt and do a Mugen video. This video is dedicated to a good friend of mine, Gyrax, who has recently released a new Shiki Tohno edit named "A_Shiki", Also known as "Another Shiki". In this video, I play as A_Shiki and take on Melty Blood Reisen. Reisen Gargh! Her hair is (I think) longer than her body!!!! Must... resist... long hair fetish! Pros: - Damage Output is insanely high - Many projectiles - High hitstun, allowing more ways to start easy combos - Supers are extremely strong, and she's invincible/has hyper armor in some of them - has a very deadly overhead move that she can chain into, and even start combos with. - her long hair keeps distracting me!! - Bunny ears!!! - VERY competitive AI - Several game Mechanics, like Blood Heat, Melty blood shielding, projectile grazing, air dashes, etc. Cons: - Projectiles are grazable - Some of her moves leave her wide open - Slow falling time, making it hard to avoid being hit from below - Drawn in the artstyle of a loli, making it easier to keep focus on the fight, and away from her long hair. XD The Artificial Intelligence: Not much to say, since her AI is overall pretty solid. She does just about everything right except for the occasional mistake, making her more human like (which is a quality I consider to be good of an AI). Despite the fact that she is very vulnerable in the air, she does a good job defending herself, using projectiles to knock you backwards, preventing repercussions on her part. In the second match, I play as Misuzu_M and take on SCYoshi SCYoshi (Also known as Super Comics Yoshi) My own creation... He's a pain in the ass with his new AI, and I really mean that with a passion. I made him rely so much on command reading that it becomes nearly impossible for me to touch him with Kung Fu Man. Pros: - High damage output - Long range grab - Long range attacks in general - High speed - Wall jumping ability that helps with his speed - Highly competitive AI Cons: - Most of his attacks are risky because they leave rather wide openings one way or another. Generally speaking, they have many weaknesses. - Low defense stats - No specials - Limited mechanics The Artificial Intelligence: He's a serious command reader, reading almost all of your attacks one way or another to find ways to counter it, quite similar to his actual fighting style in my comics since besides his unbeatable reflexes, he's just an ordinary mercenary. It doesn't help that he's fast and likes to make almost all of his movements pretty erratic or random. I think I did a good job with the AI so far, but it's not complete. I have yet to fix a few more flaws before I can truly consider it very competitive.
