Exactly 20 years after hiking the Grand Canyon's Bright Angel Trail, Joe Crescenzi is swept away with emotion as he finds himself at the same site that captivated him all those years ago.

For years, the photo of him standing alone in a section known as The Devil's Corkscrew has been etched in his memory.  Seeing it again brought him an emotional rush that was captured in this video.

There may be countless photos and videos of The Grand Canyon and of The Devil's Corkscrew, but the real lesson is that there is no way to truly capture it photographically.  It must be experienced in person.

For that reason alone, some of those who have seen it feel a bit of sadness that they can't truly share it with anyone who has not seen it in person.  If nothing else, this video speaks volumes about that emotional state.
