Step 1: Gather material, and useful utilities.
2: clean the items you want sprayed with paint of your choice
3: dry them by hand or wait for them to try in the sun
4: cover all areas of the tire with newspaper or flashcards and use tape for smaller areas like the middle logo of the rim or lug nuts
5: Start painting and take your time with coats, light coats and pay attention to detail.
