At TradersExpo New York, Tom Sosnoff: how I got started in the stock market. I got an interview in the middle of the recession. I took the job. A golden nugget miracle. Then as a floor trader in Chicago, we were all our own companies. It was the last frontier for entrepreneurship back in 1981. In 1987-88, we built a market-making firm over the next decade. We got bought out and we built tastytrade in 2011.
