Boiled Potato- 2 medium size
Finely Chopped Coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp
Finely Chopped Chilli- 2-3 / as per taste
Finely Chopped Ginger- 1 tbsp
Roasted Crushed Peanuts- 2-3 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala powder- 1 tsp
Rock salt - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder as per taste
Salt to taste
Rice flour - 2-3 tbsp
Oil for frying
Whisked sweet Curd/Yogurt- 1 cup/ as required
Tamarind chutney as required
Green chutney as required 
Roasted cumin powder as required
Black salt as required
