My Daughters, Katie and Alex take on the "Spartan Sprint", running miles of up hills, through a lake and streams, not to mention the 15 obstacles that would test anyone's resolve. "Improvise, adapt, and overcome", that they did, never was there a prouder father. Smart, driven, beautiful, ladies of the future, you concurred you're fear, over came a huge challenge, and achieved your goals, wear it well with Spartan Pride!
