Mr. Clucky the rooster must vacate the South Beach studio apartment he shares with his owner, Mark Buckley. A special code-enforcement hearing officer ordered Buckley to pay a $50 fine and gave officers the authority to remove Mr. Clucky from the premises. Video by Chuck Fadely / Miami Herald Staff
