https://www.patreon.com/EAStudioGallery I need a studio roof and usable indoor working/teaching space. My Artworks are all for sale by request, inquires welcome.
All my acrylic paints are mixed with a pouring medium in advance contained in squeeze bottles with out any addition of silicon.I use a 16"x 20" canvas .I coat the surface with a layer of white paint to allow the paint I will add to move better when I tip the artwork.I use a submersion pour method ,filling a cut down bottle with colors and surrounding the part resting on the canvas with a puddle of paint .When I slowly lift the bottle neck the paint seeps under the puddle and often creates lacy patterns in the paint as the artwork is tipped to allow the paint to spread.
I use Zero Silicon mixed into my paints 10% Golden Gac 800 into 90% color to start the mixing process. .I add 50%Floetrol,( minimum) mixed with all the acrylics I use to double the volume.Golden Iridescent pearl medium added to colors to create the pearlescent effects shown in most of my artworks. When I use an additive to create additional cells I usually use a spray can of Silicone called Blaster and the smallest spritz and only 1 and in the bottom of a container I will then add more colors to.Only 1 spritz for the whole container .Every day I learn something new.I never stop experimenting and I am happy to share what I discover with you.To see finished wet and dry versions of demonstration artworks visit my Expressionist Art Studio Gallery Fb pages #3590wet .
