I've been inspired by Incitefitness ( http://youtu.be/y8uYxk9N5s0 ) to start working with my own body weight vs. heading to the gym dishing out all kinds of money I could be saving. I advise you to check his page out if you want to get some good work outs and excellent tutorials. He is a pro. My form may not be perfect but this is literally my first attempt at any other push ups besides the traditional and diamond. The other stuff, I just heard about today.. Pull- Up attempts, video soon
