Arjun Tiwari is an IM-elect and a very strong player. But has no financial possibilities to go outside and play tournaments. Because of this his chances of crossing 2400 and becoming an IM are suffering. ChessBase India caught up with him after he played a fantastic tournament in Delhi Open 2018 and gained 60 Elo points.
