Mount Ararat Community Activity Center, Inc. (MACAC) opened its Early Childhood Development Center (ECDC) in 1990. ECDC accepts both private enrollment and subsidies for under-resourced families. Children enrolled in ECDC will benefit from certified educational lesson plans and structure.
