1:8 Scale Miniature Train ---------------------------------------- A 1:8 scale Miniature Train, powered by a "WDG-5" locomotive # 50001 named Bheem. The train carries 10 passengers on a miniature track of about half a km length, offering a panoramic view of the museum layout while on a run in the National Rail Museum, New Delhi. This miniature train is the first of its kind in India, and it passes through tunnels and bridges en route from stations named 'Darjeeling" to "Coonoor" and "Bikaner". This train was inaugurated on Dec. 24, 2014, and remains a popular attraction for visitors to the Rail Museum.
