So it looks like Hawkgirl Regime is good. Like, really, really good.

It looks like we'll need to do a little bit more research with her, but at just level 46 E VII, with the Cloak of Destiny and Ibistick, her sp2 is maybe doing 298k damage when unblocked.

So why the "maybe"?

First, her sp2 is multi-hit. Out of the 4 hits, the 2nd and 3rd do the most damage. It looks like the 1st stuns. The 2nd hit potentially does over 100k damage with the Cloak of Destiny. That means the 2nd hit will knock out the opponent, and the 3rd hit will whiff.

So in order to show how much damage her sp2 could potentially do, you need someone who could take that much damage. There are two candidates:

In the video, we show her going up against Containment Suit Doomsday. His passive and coming back 3 times is perfect for showing the full damage of her sp2.

The other candidate is Boss AO Batman. The problem is that it takes a bit of work each time to get to his fight.

We've tried both, but only filmed CSDD. And here's the "maybe". The stats at the end of fighting CSDD shows 298k damage. You can see it in the video. The stats at the end of Boss AO Bats? Just more than half that.

Here's the crazy thing: the damage numbers shown during the fight are what you get against AO Bats. In other words, fighting against CSDD and AOB show that we should be giving 150k+ damage. But the final stats with CSDD show 298k. And the fact that his team-mates are coming in with just 1 health is consistent with splash damage from the higher total.

And for those of you paying attention, you're right, what should have been her 298k sp2 did not take out Boss AO Bats because it did less damage.

Nope, it wasn't the lack of team-mates. Splash damage doesn't count. We show that in the video by taking away her morningstar.

Nope, it wasn't the dead zone (no passives). Her sp2 still crits automatically with AO Bats.

Nope, the first part of her sp2 does seem to stun -- otherwise, we wouldn't able to get the 298k damage. And if you take double the (low) damage numbers on the screen (after the first hit, which is what you should get from the Cloak of Destiny boosting the base sp2 damage by 200%), the 298k total fits.

If it weren't as time-consuming to get to Boss AO Bats again, we would have just filmed it. We'll probably eventually get to it.

But for now, we're left with the question of WTH is happening?

Any insight in the comments would be appreciated.
