In early August, the 1st Battalion 29th Infantry Regt. conducted a hands-on training exhibition for students attending the Infantry Pre-Command Course. The exercise called a HOTEX is a demonstration of sorts that showcases the Armys lethal firepower and battlefield capabilities that Soldiers learn at Fort Benning.
But because it is a HOTEX
1-29 goes a step further it invites Soldiers and civilian visitors alike to fire the weapon systems on display.
