Loosen your lower back

A lot of athletes, especially wrestling , jiujitsu and other grappling athletes have low back stiffness. The classic “child’s pose” is one of the simplest, low-risk, feels-good for almost everybody. However, a lot of times it is difficult to get enough leverage with the upper body to go deep enough to release tension. Especially when the back is very tight. In this short clip I show 3 versions, first the standard BW, next using a stick and last using a wheel. Of the 3 I can go deepest with the wheel, although the length of the stick can also vary the line of pull. If you have trouble loosening certain areas of your body and want some ideas of how to get to it, leave your question in the comments and I will choose one request for a future video
