Well, I was all set to post a Youtube that talked about Maya rolling around on her back and Aidan jumping on her. Spring was in the air, Grizzer and Denali were no longer focused on each other. But, things change, this Youtube discusses an altercation between Maya and Aidan that created some pack tension. Most of the footage is filmed on Friday night, after 6pm, 3 hours after the dominance scuffle. Maya and Grizzer remained in the back of the enclosure during most of the filming, but an enclosure check showed them very actively guarding the fence line. There may have been a stray wild wolf that created some of this tension. We'll never know, but we've seen it before. As I post this at later in the evening, the pack is all resting on straw beds, but the wind is still howling.
