Toccata by Mr. Jan "Pijtters". This piece is not known from any other source than this Leningrad Manuscript, but it bears close resemblance to another toccata, preserved in 2 different manuscripts.
The manuscript with (Dutch) keyboardmusic, is in the Library of the Academy of Sciences in Leningrad.
