Ronald McDonald House of Dayton is pleased to present the fourth annual Doors of Compassion fundraiser on Saturday, March 29, 2014. Doors of Compassion is a signature fundraising event for Ronald McDonald House of Dayton that raises necessary funds for the House. Salmon Salad1 fresh salmon filet6 hard boiled eggs2 Tlb. pickle relish1 tsp. dijon mustard1/2 c. diced onions1/2 c. special herbs and spices1 c. mayo2 tbls. olive oil1 lemonSeason filet with your herbs and spices, pour on olive oil and squeeze half the lemon on top, with the other half cut into slices and placed on top of salmon. Cook on 350 degrees for about 10min., let rest until cool.
