Changes in this version:
- Fixed walking into a different chunk causing lag
- Performance improvements
- Improved stuttering in client & server
- Added server tick-times to alt+f3 charts in singleplayer
- Added min/avg/max tick-times to alt+f3 charts

- Fixed excessive mob spawning
- Fixed entities becoming invisible on low render distances

- Fixed block models not rendering using Java 10 (ConcurrentModificationException)
- Fixed the cursor becoming misaligned after using '§' in book & quill
- Fixed shulker boxes resetting inventory order when broken and placed down again
- Fixed the /fill command not updating lighting client side
- Several fixes for crashes
