Differently-Abled persons of the state have been expressing their unhappiness to the Social Welfare department for not taking up adequate welfare programmes for them. However, there are several organisations dedicated to the service of the differently abled persons of the state. Today, a new organisation called Relief Centre for Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Organisation was inaugurated at Maklang Bazar. Impact News brings you a report.
