C5 Billy Boat PRT (?) Idle and WOT

I'm 90% sure this axle back I got on Craigslist is a Billy Boat PRT, but there are no markings that I could see. If it's not B&B it's a very good knockoff, and the same design. There is a huge difference in loudness at idle vs WOT, even more than the video can show. '99 C5 Corvette Factory Headers, cats, mid pipe/h-pipe. Only axle back is changed.
