Driving up Sierra Hwy I saw what appeared to be a Vehicle on the Shoulder. As you can see, He Wasn't. Black Car ,No Lights, No Hazzards and a New Driver. He was Out of Fuel. Waaaay Too Close. My Wife and I pushed the Vehicle onto the Shoulder, Took him to a Gas Station, Bought a 2 Gal. Gas Can, Filled it,Took him back to his car, Put in the Fuel, Primed the F.I. System and it Fired up. Gave him Some cash and were on our way. He was Trying to get to Woodland Hills. Suffice to say he was a bit Lost.
