The New Prophets of Our Generation Cloud By Day and Fire By Night: The Divine Orchestration of the Movements of our Lives A careful study of the book of Numbers presents the perfect opportunity for a reality check. For that inscrutable, enigmatic Generation of the Desert are the root souls of the Children of Israel to this very day, and understanding their great potential and their great failings -- their ups and downs and their highs and lows -- helps us to unravel the mystery of the human condition. Specifically, this week's Torah portion of parashat Beha'alotcha is a veritable slice of life; the account of the Divine signs that accompanied our nation's journeys throughout the desert is nothing less than the story of our own unfolding lives. Join Yitzchak Reuven and Rabbi Chaim Richman for this week's fascinating and inspiring edition of Temple Talk. Plus: Basic human rights on the Temple Mount... can we drink to that?
