The loan is interests free, with no monthly payments. The loan is deferred over 5 years period and after the five year it may before forgiven. Upon transfer of title or sale with 5 years the loan will have to be repaid to the City of Las Vegas, Single family, townhouse, condominium or manufactured homes in the limits of City of Las Vegas.
