Gail Lissner of Appraisal Research Counselors gives Chicago Realtors an update on new construction residential projects throughout the downtown and Loop areas during the Chicago Association of Realtors' 2010 Economic Forecast Panel in January 2010. The latest cycle of new construction in the downtown market will end in 2011 with the completion of the Ritz-Carlton Residences on Michigan Avenue.
