David's Been Here is in the Spanish capital of Madrid, searching out all the best restaurants and flavors in the city. Here David presents a video to one of Madrid's smallest but most delicious restaurants, El Fogon de Trifon. Open since 2002, this family friendly establishment serves up some traditional Spanish cuisine, from fried blood sausage to the famous bull's tail. Learn a bit about the dishes as David talks with the owner and chefs, or even better, head there for yourself for an unforgettable meal. Try any of their fantastic dishes, but don't forget to try the cheesecake, David says it's unlike any other! For more information on eating at El Fogon de Trifon, check out the David's Been Here Guide to Madrid, now available for your Kindle as well.
