She developed atriad of health to become stronger and better runner. And she needed that because she started having the same symptoms as het aunt and het grand dad, they both died of Sjogren’s disease. All three should be in balance for optimal health and becoming the ultra-version of yourself. There are many diseases that are an example of where the triad is not in balance: osteoporosis, diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. And all these diseases can be prevented by good sleep, exercise and plant based nutrition.
The problem is only that the medical and nutritional sciences are still separate. These two sciences should get married into one. This will create awareness and believe in the power and effect of nutrition! Nicole is a marathon runner and mountain biker with a backgrond in health and nutritional science. She combines sports and science as part of her own life experiment. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
