Stormy Storm is a straightforward yet effective effect. While certainly not flashy (that lightning bolt could look so much better) there's just something about it in its simplicity that I like. But ultimately I think that the only reason I like it is that it's the most fitting effect to go with the Bloke's Bucket Hat after Massed Flies. Part of the reason I love the Bloke's hat is that it makes the Sniper seem so nonchalant through all of this. The fact that he's also doing it in the rain just furthers that humorous idea even more. Hat: Bloke's Bucket Effect: Stormy Storm Name: Raincoat Descrip: Wearing a raincoat is flying around in a yellow rubber airplane made out of a raincoat TMBG ref: Wearing a Raincoat
