This is the last time Norfolk Southern Railroad ever ran a train on this ex Norfolk & Western Railway coal branch line in Ohio.  NS local switcher just picked up this EMD SW9 from the Winchester grain elevator.  They were removing all rail cars and this industrial switch engine to close this railway branch line.  It took 2 days to complete the task.  After NS closed the line, a new shortline railroad company was formed to lease this branch and reopen it.  Cincinnati East Terminal Railway was formed to serve Huhtamaki on this line and to try to obtain new rail customers.  See my videos of CCET trains.  Filmed crossing Baxla Road just east of Winchester Ohio  April 25, 2014 by Jaw Tooth at Mount Zion Ohio on the NS Peavine Line.
