This seems to happen every Friday, someone somewhere has there music on so loud it can be heard throughout the entire neighborhood, I don't know who it is, or where it is coming from. I did have a walk around earlier, but just couldn't find it. What's wrong with those people? Surely it's not even healthy to have it on that loud! You'll need something that can produce really low bass sounds to hear it, because all of today's party music is entirely made of low frequencies.
