Liam Cleaver is the Director of Social Insight for IBM.  For over 20 years Liam has led CEO-sponsored enterprise transformation programs on a massive scale to tap into the collective smarts and creativity of the organization.  For the past 10 years, Liam has run IBM's Jams both within the company and for clients.
