Thousands of delegates have descended on Cape Town for the 21st edition of AfricaCom.  

It's the largest Internet, communications and technology gathering on the continent.  Hundreds of companies chose the event to launch new products and services. 

Huawei too, used the opportunity to announce its first cloud service in Africa.
