The goal of this campaign is for as many local groups as possible to hold simultaneous events that are free and open to the public on Saturday, January 3, 2015. Their hope is that this effort will not only help thousands of new pilots begin learning to fly in a safe, controlled environment, but it will also demonstrate the community's ability to operate without heavy-handed government regulations.
