Stan talks about where the Dodgers are going with the team, with respect to the trade deadline among other things (to paraphrase-"teams are looking for minor league talent in return, and we don't have a lot to give right now"). Also talks about the Stadium and bringing it more into the modern world. He talks about emphasizing to the players how important it is to spend time giving autographs and other personal touches. He said Magic Johnson gave them all autographed jerseys, and he (Stan) told them 'see how excited you are - that's how a lot of fans feel when you give them autographs.' Great way to make the point.
