UK Government trolling my videos?

I have recently had a flood of copy-pasted comments on my videos supporting the UK government and accusing me of being a Russian spy, Russian shill and a useful idiot, all these comments are nearly identical and often the same users will paste the comment on dozens of videos in a short span of time.
