In Iran, supporters of reformist candidate Mir Hossein Mousavi took to the streets again in Tehran [Thursday June 18th], contesting the results of last week's presidential election. The protesters are defying the country's supreme leader who, earlier this week, urged the nation to unite behind the Islamic state and its President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. At this writing, there were no reports of violence at Thursday's protests. VOA's Chis Simkins has more on the story.
