Hawaii Police Department Chief Paul Ferreira held a briefing Friday evening following a shootout in South Point that killed Justin Waiki, the subject of an intensive four-day manhunt. Waiki is the man believed to have killed officer Bronson K. Kaliloa during a traffic stop in Mountain View on Tuesday. A second police officer was wounded in Friday's shootout.
