IEBC begins clearing candidates for MP countrywide

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has given several political aspirants in counties countrywide, a nod to run for different seats after they scrutinised their documents. However, in some stations IEBC officials were forced to use manual systems after the digital systems went down. Sharon Barang'a reports.
