SAA gets five billion rand

Government spending over the medium-term expenditure framework is projected to amount to a whopping 5-point-9 trillion rand over the next three years. It will grow at 7-point-8 per cent a year, which will be higher than inflation. Finance Minister Tito Mboweni made these announcements during his medium term budget policy statement in parliament.
